Charming and historic, great location with immediate access to food, entertainment, and a nice, walkable area. Easy parking, wonderful staff, and lots of lovely little details.

We definitely we will return to this historical hotel. Love the eclectic style in the lobby and the pool definitely had a Los Angeles vibe. Be aware you’ll need to get a parking permit at a kiosk at the Pasadena Police Dept. not far, if you prefer to park on the street rather than pay $30 dollars a night. My only disappointment was the bar’s espresso machine produced a very weak cappuccino. There are two beautiful bakeries within two blocks of the hotel.

We've stayed at the Pasadena Hotel numerous times and enjoy the convenient location and quiet rooms. Derek, at the front desk, is especially helpful and friendly. We'll be back!

Very nice, clean hotel. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar that is open in the evenings with a decent selection and friendly bartenders. Ample parking in the garage. There's a small eatery next door that has great breakfast burritos. The area around the hotel is very walkable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If I can give 100 starts it's not enough my jar dropped when I walked in that historical cozy classic place smells amazing room are beyond clean it felt like those hotels in old movies customer service is extremely professional they have food bar and games i can write about them all day definitely coming back over and over walking to the old town where there is everything to do .

Excellent vintage-esque hotel. Perfect location in Pasadena for walking to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Very attractive, classic decor, modern and very comfortable rooms. There was a full-length window going from the shower out to the bedroom. I guess you can watch whoever is showering! A large shade covered it. LOL! Every staff member was very friendly and professional. We were always greeted. Parking is very easy in the attached garage. $29 per night. Pool area was very nice. Bar was too. An ice water station available for all-day water. Very appreciated!

Brought a group out to the Pasadena Hotel (from New York) and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located with a lot of options within walking distance. I also worked with Kathy, Director of Sales, who was excellent and helped us take care of everything well in advance. I'd give her 5 stars as well.

I stay here nearly weekly. My took a minute to figure out the good and bad. But once you figure it out the hotel is awesome. First, really good location. Second, really great staff. Third, the common spaces are perfect and a serious retreat. Whoever designed them deserves an award. The rooms are really hit and miss. All are clean and in good condition, just some are very small and have zero privacy so works if you are traveling solo. If not, there are plenty of great rooms - you just need to figure the rooms out. This is a historic hotel so the architecture can’t be changed much on the interior am guessing. I now LOVE it here. Just took a minute to get used to the quirks. And PLEASE put coffee makers in the rooms!

I am a retired executive sales person. I have stayed at all the good and great hotels all over this country. On a recent visit to family I stayed at Pasadena hotel and pool. First the staff; Eric and Andrew were understanding, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and just plain great. The room; spectacular, no exaggeration. If I ever find myself within 50 miles of this hotel I will book it. Quality and service are part of their culture. If you are in Pasadena do yourself a favor and stay there. Stephen Barone
